"Returns took longer than I expected"
The product itself was fine, but the return process wasn’t great. It took quite a while to get a reply, and I’m still waiting on the refund to come through. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.

"Had to Be Patient, But It Still Felt Sketchy"
The whole site just felt kind of dodgy to me. I kept trying to give it a chance and be patient, even though it felt forced the whole time, but I never really got comfortable with it. I don’t think I’d trust ordering from here again.

"Felt let down by the personalisation"
I was really disappointed with how the personalisation turned out. The name didn’t look centred properly, and the lettering wasn’t as clear as I thought it would be. It made the whole thing look a bit cheap, which was frustrating because I’d bought it as a gift and felt like I was the one left embarrassed by it. I don’t think I’d risk ordering personalised items from here again.

"Decent for the price, but not quite amazing"
I ordered a couple of silver pieces from silverly.co.uk and they arrived without any problems, so no complaints there. The delivery was smooth enough and everything was packaged fine.
For the price, I’d say they’re okay, though I didn’t feel like I’d found an incredible bargain. One of the items looked a bit nicer in the photos than it did in person, and it was slightly lighter than I expected.
That said, the pieces are still wearable and I don’t regret buying them. I just think the overall value could be a little better, so 3 stars feels about right to me.

"Didn’t feel gift-worthy"
I was hoping this would be nice enough to give as a gift, but it felt a little cheap in person. I also felt kind of ignored when I had questions about it, which made the whole experience a bit more disappointing

I’m annoyed with this. I bought it thinking it would hold up better, but after barely any time, it started looking dull and tarnished like some bargain-bin drama queen. I didn’t even wear it every day, so I have no idea why it gave up so fast. Definitely wouldn’t buy again

I got exactly what I ordered, and the sizes and color were all right. It showed up a day later than I thought it would, but it didn’t feel like a big deal. From the updates, I just kind of assumed they were a little backed up, so I wasn’t too worried...

"Not enough detail to feel confident"
I was browsing silverly.co.uk and quickly assumed I’d be able to find the basics, but the product info felt a bit too vague. Sizes, materials, and little details weren’t really clear enough, so I’d probably hesitate before ordering. It just needs more proper information before checkout so you know what you’re actually buying.

It looked really nice when I first got it, but the weird part is it started to tarnish after a while even though I wasn’t wearing it that heavily. It lasted okay overall, just not as long as I was hoping.

I had a rough time trying to use the website. The checkout kept freezing on me, and I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next when it happened. I expected the instructions or prompts to be a lot clearer, so the whole process ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Photos made them look so much better"
I ordered these earrings because the pictures made them look super shiny and way more detailed. But when they showed up, they were much smaller and duller in person. Like, how is that supposed to be the same pair from the photos?
I get that product photos are usually touched up a little, but this felt misleading. If they actually looked like this online, would I have bought them? Probably not. i’m disappointed.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered thinking it would arrive quickly, but... yeah, it took way longer than expected. I didn’t really get proper updates either, which made it even more frustrating. i don’t think I’ll bother ordering again...

"Looks nice, but I’m still unsure about the material"
I ordered a silver ring it does look nice in person. It has the stamp and the packaging was fine, so nothing really stood out as wrong at first. But it feels lighter than I expected, which made me question the material a bit. I also felt a little passed around trying to get a clear answer, so that didn’t help. No major problems with the ring so far, and delivery was okay, but I’m just not fully convinced it’s as solid as I was hoping. Giving it 3 stars.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered my usual size from Silverly, but it fit much smaller than I expected. Because of that, it felt tight in all the wrong places and just wasn’t comfortable to wear.
I did check the size guide before buying, so I thought I was making the right choice. But when the item arrived, the measurements didn’t seem to match what I received at all.
It was frustrating because I actually liked the item itself. The sizing made it unwearable for me, so I don’t think I’d trust the fit again.

"Still not fixed, and it’s frustrating"
I’m still dealing with the same issue and it hasn’t really been sorted out. It’s annoying, especially when you’re paying for something and expect it to work properly. I don’t mind spending the money if the service is good, but right now it just doesn’t feel worth it.

I was expecting way more variety based on how it was described, but most of the styles looked almost the same to me. Calling it a good selection feels misleading when the range is this limited. I couldn’t really find anything that felt different or actually worth buying.

I tried reaching out to Silverly a few times about my order, and unless I missed something, I never really got a proper response. I kept wondering if maybe I was contacting the wrong place or just being impatient, but i just wanted a simple update. The customer service felt really slow and not very helpful. I don’t think I’d order from them again.
